Why are you not happy? a personal question..
That is a question I often wonder especially now as I read and hear all of the negative and divisive rhetoric in the media as it is constantly echoed in social circles today.. I am certain you would agree, we live is challenging times.
Could it be that we just do not realize what we are experiencing is exactly what we are constantly Expecting? Sowing and Reaping? What do I mean?
Let’s use a Race where there is always a start and finish measured by time. You say you never raced before? Well, your start was when you were born and when you die it’s your end; the time in between, well you get the picture. If you want to finish a marathon, you train by running more miles than usual. Just about all of us can walk, run a marathon, no; unless you train.
Subject of this short post is why are you not happy? Could it be in your race of life you have been, maybe unknowingly, training for what you are now experiencing?
Your daily routine at home and work is the training I’m referring to.. Beginning with your self talk that drives your attitude that drives your decisions that attracts like minds, etc..
Basically, agree or disagree, you have been training for the life you now are living. Sadly, most will never know this fact till that moment before the finish line.. Most make adjustments due to a critical need / or lost of what is personally important. Those are the times we find our worth with a quality decision to save or overcome the emergency, and of course, some just blame others or circumstance.. Basically, if it hurts enough, you change up your routine..
If you are honest with yourself, you would agree whining in search of attention you see in posts today is an indicator that those just do not realize that their day to day activities both mental and physical impact greatly.
